G. <br /> 1 ) By motion , approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape Maintenance <br /> Agreement with C&H Holding Company, LLC <br /> 2) By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Stormwater Treatment <br /> Measures Maintenance Agreement with C&H Holding Company, LLC <br /> 3) By motion , approve the Sidewalk Easement Deed, and authorize the City <br /> Manager to execute the Certificate of Acceptance for such deed. <br /> Motion carried unanimously by electronic vote. <br /> Silvia Vonderlinden <br /> City Clerk <br />
