EXHIBIT A MUNICIPAL CODE AMENDMENTS ARTICLE III. - PROCEDURES ON APPEAL Sec. 1.45.5. - GENERAL APPEALS AND CALL UP PROCEDURES: All appeals and call ups, for which there is no conflicting specific provision in this Municipal Code or in the Redwood City Zoning Code, shall be processed and heard as set forth in this Article III. Sec. 1.45.6. - TIME FOR APPEAL OR CALL UP: A. Notwithstanding contrary or conflicting provisions in other sections of this Municipal Code or the Redwood City Zoning Code, any authorized appeal must be filed within fifteen (15) days of the date of the notice of decision being appealed. C. An appeal and call p may be concurrently heard by the reviewing body. Sec. 1.417, - FORM OF APPEAL OR CALL UP: A. All appeals authorized by this Municipal Code or the Redwood City Zoning Code shall be filed with the City Clerk and must be in writing on forms provided by the City. The Appellant must submit, together with the appeal form, any documents, records and/or written materials requested to be considered by the Reviewing body. B. Any two (2) Council members may request City Council review of any final determination on an appeal of the Planning Cai55ion-, City Manager, Community Development Director or other discretionary El-Bcision by City staff by filing a written Decision.All call ups authorized by this Municipal Code ar the Redwood City Zoning ode shall be in writing and filed with the City Clerk. No appeal fee shall be required for such councilmember request. Upon receiving a request for such review from two (2) City Council members, the City Clerk shall place the item on the next available City Council agenda (or Planning Commission_agenda,if the call up is to the Planning Commission_per section 41.8 (Call ups) of the Zoning Code), as determined by the City Manager. Such Council members'requests shall be processed and heard by the City Council as-an appeal to the-City Council in the same manner as an appeal as set forth in Chapter 1, Article III of the Redwood City Municipal Code.
