EXHIBIT A <br /> MUNICIPAL CODE AMENDMENTS <br /> ARTICLE III. - PROCEDURES ON APPEAL <br /> Sec. 1.45.5. - GENERAL APPEALS AND CALL UP PROCEDURES: <br /> All appeals and call ups, for which there is no conflicting specific provision in this Municipal <br /> Code or in the Redwood City Zoning Code, shall be processed and heard as set forth in this <br /> Article III. <br /> Sec. 1.45.6. - TIME FOR APPEAL OR CALL UP: <br /> A. Notwithstanding contrary or conflicting provisions in other sections of this Municipal <br /> Code or the Redwood City Zoning Code, any authorized appeal must be filed within fifteen <br /> (15) days of the date of the notice of decision being appealed. <br /> B. An appeal and call p may be concurrently heard by the reviewing body. <br /> Sec. 1.417, - FORM OF APPEAL OR CALL UP: <br /> A. All appeals authorized by this Municipal Code or the Redwood City Zoning Code shall be <br /> filed with the City Clerk and must be in writing on forms provided by the City. The <br /> Appellant must submit, together with the appeal form, any documents, records and/or <br /> written materials requested to be considered by the Reviewing body. <br /> B. Any two (2) Council members may request City Council review of any final <br /> determination on an appeal of the Planning Cai55ion-, City Manager, Community <br /> Development Director or other discretionary El-Bcision by City staff by filing a written <br /> Decision.All call ups authorized by this Municipal Code ar the Redwood City Zoning ode <br /> shall be in writing and filed with the City Clerk. No appeal fee shall be required for such <br /> councilmember request. Upon receiving a request for such review from two (2) City <br /> Council members, the City Clerk shall place the item on the next available City Council <br /> agenda (or Planning Commission_agenda,if the call up is to the Planning Commission_per <br /> section 41.8 (Call ups) of the Zoning Code), as determined by the City Manager. Such <br /> Council members'requests shall be processed and heard by the City Council as-an appeal <br /> to the-City Council in the same manner as an appeal as set forth in Chapter 1, Article III <br /> of the Redwood City Municipal Code.
