That certain agreement entitled "Agreement-- Sanitary Sewerage <br /> Facilities Operations " ( form dated 6/21/ 77 ) by and between the <br /> South Bayside System Authority , a public entity , and the City of <br /> Redwood City , a municipal corporation of the State of California , <br /> a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br /> Clerk , to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> thereof , providing for the operation of the sanitary sewerage treat- <br /> ment facilities of the City of Redwood City by the South Bayside <br /> System Authority is hereby approved , and the City Manager is hereby <br /> authorized and directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the <br /> City of Redwood City . <br />
