Additionally, Redwood Shores is <br />vulnerable to sea-level rise due to the large levee system that currently shields the community from <br />the bay. <br /> Pacific Shores and Seaport Center – Both areas are known to be at-risk flood areas, particularly when <br />combined with natural tidal phenomenon. <br /> Route 101/Bayshore Road – A series of manufactured homes along Route 101 and Bayshore Road <br />are identified at-risk areas for flooding. <br />15.7 Hazard Risk Ranking <br />Table 15-7 presents the ranking of the hazards of concern. <br />TABLE 15-7.
