In the General Plan and <br />Climate Action Plan, Redwood City has committed to making it safe and convenient to travel in <br />Redwood City without driving. <br /> <br />Measurement: This objective is measured qualitatively by documenting the facilities provided for <br />various roadway users and quantitatively by measuring whether the number of people walking, riding <br />bikes, and riding transit has increased. <br />8.A. - Page 36
