Every time I’ve used Farm Hill I’ve
found it to be slightly slower. The again, I tend to avoid it as much as practical and being retired I can
pick my travel times, to some extent. I imagine once Box gets going and all the downtown building is
completed you’ll be re-evaluating this, which is good.
Frankly I now avoid the Highland onto Jefferson towards town intersection 100% of the time and
take Harding – have the people living on Harding complained about the increased traffic flow? Often
either I or the oncoming driver have to yield due to the narrow street with the on street parking
constricting the flow.
John O’Boyle
Sent from Mail for Windows 10
From: CD-Jessica Manzi
Sent: Monday, October 17, 2016 9:37 PM
To: GRP-Farm Hill Feedback
Subject: Farm Hill Boulevard Pilot Project Update
Quick update:
At a special meeting on Oct. 5, the Complete Streets Advisory Committee voted to
8.A. - Page 53
