I have continued, however to voice my concern about the increase number of speeders in the 4000 block of <br />Farm Hill between Eden Bower and Wood Hill. <br />1)On the descent (east bound), cars will hazardously speed up in an effort to pass all vehicles on the merge. There <br />have been a few potential accidents because of this, or the on-going honking of horns. <br />2).
