Design Services Agreement with Verde Design, Inc. for the Sandpiper <br />Field and Marlin Park Synthetic Turf Renovation Project <br /> <br /> Staff contact: James O'Connell, Associate Engineer 780-5923 joconnell@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br /> Recommendation: <br /> By motion, approve the standard form design services agreement with Verde <br />Design, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $80,585; and, authorize the City <br />Manager to increase the contract amount up to 10% if necessary <br /> <br /> D. Award Contract to ABM Parking Services for the operation and <br />management of the downtown Redwood City gated parking facilities <br /> <br /> Staff contact: Christian Hammack, Parking and Transportation Demand Manager 780 -7378 <br />chammack@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br /> Recommendation: <br /> By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the <br />agreement with AMB Parking Services, for the operation and management <br />of Jefferson Garage and Marshall Garage, for an amount not to exceed <br />$2,145,915 for the four-year initial term of the agreement and not to exceed <br />$4,693,999 for the entire term of the agreement (including 4 optional one- <br />year extension terms). (This amount will vary based on staffing levels at the <br />facilities and other variable expenses) <br /> <br /> E.
