<br />operated on said Leased Premises which will in any manner injure said Leased <br />Premises or adjacent buildings; provided, however, that nothing in this paragraph <br />contained shall preclude Lessee from bringing, keeping, or using on or about <br />said Leased Premises and buildings such materials, supplies, equipment, and <br />machinery as are necessary or customary in carrying on the activities <br />contemplated in paragraph 7. <br /> 9. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION. Lessee shall comply with, and <br />provide for, the following mitigation measures for the minimization of adverse <br />impacts upon the environment resulting from Lessee's use of the Leased <br />Premises: <br /> (a) SDillaae. Lessee shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent <br />spillage into the San Francisco Bay or any other dispersal over, upon, or within <br />lands of Lessor, in any manner inconsistent with the provisions hereof, of metal, <br />or other commodities, equipment, tools, or other objects used by Lessee. In the <br />event of such spillage or dispersal, Lessee shall as soon as shall be practicable <br />retrieve such objects, and take all reasonable measures to prevent reoccurrence <br />of such spillage or dispersal. - <br /> (b) Noise. Noise emanating from the Leased Premises shall not exceed <br />75 dBA on the A-weighted sound level scale measured as follows: <br />Measurements of sound levels shall be averaged over any continuous <br />operational one hour period between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. and taken at <br />any point along the boundaries of the Leased Premises. Impulsive or impact <br />noise emanating from the Leased Premises shall not exceed 120 dSA peak <br />sound pressure level at any time.
