MINUTE ORDER <br />JOINT CITY COUNCIL / SUCCESSOR AGENCY BOARD <br />PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY MEETING <br />November 7. 2016 <br />MO. 16-207 <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br />Date: November 8, 2016 <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Community Development Director <br />**hard copy available upon request** <br />SUBJECT: Citywide Transportation Plan <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.113 (702) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on November 7, 2016. <br />Present: Council Members, Aguirre, Borgens, Gee, Vice Mayor Bain and Mayor Seybert <br />M/S Gee/Aguirre to approve the Consent Calendar with two revised agreements as <br />submitted at the dais (Ross McDonald and Citywide Transportation contracts). <br />By motion, to approve, and authorize City Manager to execute, the professional services <br />agreement with Fehr & Peers for transportation planning and engineering services related to <br />the Citywide Transportation Plan in the amount of $500,000 and authorize the City Manager <br />to increase the agreement amount, if necessary, up to 10% not to exceed $550,000. <br />Motion carried unanimously by electronic vote with Council Members Howard and <br />Masur absent. <br />5f A <br />Silvia Vonderlinden <br />City Clerk <br />
