MINUTE ORDER <br />JOINT CITY COUNCIL / SUCCESSOR AGENCY BOARD <br />PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY MEETING <br />November 7, 2016 <br />MO. 16-209 <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br />Date: November 8, 2016 <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Community Development Director <br />**hard copy available upon request** <br />SUBJECT: Award Contract to ABM Parking Services for the operation and <br />management of the downtown Redwood City gated parking facilities <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.113 (304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on November 7, 2016. <br />Present: Council Members, Aguirre, Borgens, Gee, Vice Mayor Bain and Mayor Seybert <br />M/S Gee/Aguirre to approve the Consent Calendar with two revised agreements as <br />submitted at the dais (Ross McDonald and Citywide Transportation contracts). <br />By motion, to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement with AMB <br />Parking Services, for the operation and management of Jefferson Garage and Marshall <br />Garage, for an amount not to exceed $2,145,915 for the four-year initial term of the <br />agreement and not to exceed $4,693,999 for the entire term of the agreement (including 4 <br />optional one-year extension terms).
