EPORT <br /> To the Honorable Mayor and City Council <br /> From the City ManagerI <br /> <br />May 6, 2002 <br /> <br />Subject <br />Final Acceptance - City Attorney's Office Renovation Project <br />Engineering File No. 803-02 <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Accept the improvements for the City Attorney's Office Renovation Project, completed <br />by Bridger Construction of Redwood City, California, and authorize the release of bond. <br /> <br />Background <br />On February 11, 2002 City Council awarded the contract in the amount of $39,400 to <br />Bridger Construction of Redwood City for the City Attorney's Office Renovation Project. <br /> <br />At the time of the City Hall completion, the designated City Attorney's office space was <br />not finished, due to the fact that the City Attorney's office was off-site.
