RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> ANNUAL RENEWAL OF COOPERATIVE SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> TO CONDUCT PREDATOR DAMAGE MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES <br /> ON REDWOOD CITY PROPERTIES IN THE REDWOOD SHORES <br /> PENINSULA <br /> <br /> (REDWOOD SHORES LEVEE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT) <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain agreement entitled "Cooperative Service Agreement (Trust <br />Fund) Between the City of Redwood City and United States Department of <br />Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Heath Inspection Service (APHIS) Wildlife <br />Services (WS) to Conduct Predator Damage Management Activities at City of <br />Redwood City Properties on the Redwood Shore Peninsula," (Agreement <br />Number: 02-73-06-5334-TF), extending the term of the existing Cooperative <br />Service Agreement, a copy of which agreement is on file in the Office of the City <br />Clerk, to which reference is made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
