Public Hearing on the appeal of the Zoning Administrator's decision which <br />denied a Use Permit to redesign a service station and allow the sale of <br />alcoholic beverages concurrent with the sale of motor fuel at 504 Whipple <br />Avenue: Atlantic Richfield Company, Peter B. Tobin, Barghausen Consulting <br />Engineers, Inc., appellant. (203-10) <br /> <br />Affidavit of publication of Notice of Hearing is on file. <br /> <br />CONSENSUS: It was determined by Mayor La Berge that it was the consensus of <br />the Council Members to approve the request of the appellants to continue <br />this matter to a later date. This Item was rescheduled to June 24, 1991 at <br />7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br /> <br />A. Councilman Greenalch, Chairman of the Council Water Committee, announced <br />that the Committee would bring their recommendations to Council at the <br />regular Meeting of June 10, 1991, and asked Council Members and staff to <br />submit their final questions and information at the earliest date possible <br />for inclusion in the report.
