Recommendation : <br /> Hold a public hearing and adopt a resolution designating the Main Street <br /> Historic District Expansion area an Historic District, and designating the <br /> properties at 847-849 Main Street, 935 Main Street, and 1101 Main Street as <br /> Historic Landmarks <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 15524 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY ADOPTING THE MAIN STREET HISTORIC DISTRICT EXPANSION AND <br /> DESIGNATING THE PROPERTIES AT 847-849 MAIN STREET, 935 MAIN <br /> STREET, AND 1101 MAIN STREET AS HISTORIC LANDMARKS <br /> M/S Aguirre/Gee to adopt a resolution adopting the Main Street Historic <br /> District Expansion and designating the properties at 847-849 Main Street, <br /> 935 Main Street, and 1101 Main Street as historic landmarks . Motion <br /> carried unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> C. Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act ("TEFRA") public hearing <br /> regarding issuance of up to $110,000,000 of multifamily housing <br /> revenue bonds by the California Public Finance Authority ("CaIPFA") to <br /> finance Anton Redwood City Apartments (404) <br /> 1 . Staff Report; <br /> 2 . Open public hearing ; <br /> 3 . Hear public comment; <br /> 4 . Close public hearing ; <br /> M/S Gee/Masur to close the public hearing . Motion carried <br /> unanimously by voice vote. <br /> 5. Council discussion ; <br /> Recommendation : <br /> 1 . Conduct a Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act Hearing (TEFRA) <br /> in consideration of the issuance of tax exempt bond financing by <br /> CaIPFA for Anton Redwood Apartments <br /> 2. Adopt a resolution approving the tax exempt financing and the <br /> issuance of revenue bonds by CaIPFA for Anton Redwood <br /> Apartments to finance the acquisition and construction of the 250 unit <br /> project located at 801 Brewster Avenue.
