Council discussion; <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Receive report, hold Public Hearing on the Farm Hill Boulevard Pilot <br />Improvement Project, and, by motion, direct staff to: <br /> 1. Prepare and put out to bid a construction package to make the Farm <br />Hill Boulevard Pilot Improvement Project permanent; <br />2. Adjust specific design elements to improve traffic operations; <br />3. Continue to monitor conditions along the corridor, and; <br /> 4. Confirm the determination that the Project is exempt from the <br />provisions of CEQA <br /> <br />Council consensus was to continue this item to an undetermined future meeting date <br />with the following directives: <br />· sent the item to the Complete Streets Advisory Committee for review, <br />· continue receiving/welcoming feedback from the community, <br />· review/incorporate this item as part of the citywide transportation plan. <br />6.1.I. - Page 5
