Include design, materials, condition, alterations, size, setting, and boundaries) <br /> <br />This single-family house is located on the east side of King Street and is “L” shape-in-plan. It is one story, wood-framed, with a <br />low pitch, cross gable roof with a square tower with vigas. The primary façade is asymmetrical with an arched window in the end <br />gable on the right with a decorative roof vent. A window is located on the side walls of this section. The entrance is located in the <br />tower with a slightly recessed arched wood door and arched door opening. The side gable section on the left has two unequal sized <br />windows with wood faux shutters and faux lintels. The left side of the house has two unequal sized windows and a side personnel <br />entrance with a glazed door and two windows. The right side of the house has a chimney, an enclosed patio in the middle of the <br />house with three fixed and three jalousie windows and a patio door, and a multiple pane window at the rear. The rear of the house <br />has two end gables with two windows and a patio door, plus a two-story connection to the two-story garage with a window. The <br />rear of the attached garage has three windows. The front of the garage has two wood garage doors with a shed roof on the grou nd <br />floor and a window with faux shutters on the second floor. All surfaces are stucco clad; all roofs are clad with red clay tiles with <br />exposed rafter tails; and all windows are metal framed, multiple pane and nearly all are casement windows.
