EXHIBIT A: Scope of Services <br /> The Fair Oaks Library is being remodeled. Some of the existing furniture will be <br /> removed; some will be reused (cleaned/modified ); and some will be new. Consultant is <br /> responsible to remove all furniture items from the site, dispose of items that the Library <br /> specifies will not be reused , and provide all new items. Submittals are requested on the <br /> individual spec sheets.
