FY 1991-92 BUDGET - PROPOSED <br /> <br />City Manager Smith presented overview of the proposed Fiscal Vear 1991-92 <br />budget and amendments, the adverse financial impacts on California cities of <br />recent state legislation, and possible impacts of future court decisions. <br /> <br />Finance Director Ramchandani described revenue and expenditure projections of <br />the Fiscal Vear 1991-92 budget. <br /> <br />2. HUMAN SERVICES ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS <br /> <br />Council Members discussed the budget recommendations from the Housing and <br />Human Concerns Committee for the Human Services Financial Program for Fiscal <br />Vear 1991-92. <br /> <br />The following people addressed the Council: <br /> <br />Steve Mangold, 297 Commercial Street, San Jose, on behalf of Second Harvest <br />Food Bank of Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties, Food Assistance Program <br />requesting an increase in their proposed allocation. <br />Becky Cooper, 947 Emerald Hill Road, Redwood City, on behalf of Friends for <br />Vouth, requesting an increase in their allocation. <br />Russ Lawlor, 619 Topaz, Redwood City and Bonnie Miller, 1224 - 5th Street, <br />Redwood City, Cheryl Monroe, 944 Rose Avenue, Redwood City, on behalf of <br />the Service League of San mateo, Emergency Material Assistance, requesting <br />an increase in their allocation. <br /> <br />MINUTE BOOK NO. 50 <br />Page No. 278 <br /> <br />Budget Study Session Minutes <br />June 22, 1991 <br />Page 1 <br />
