EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Funding for this agreement has been granted from the San Mateo County Health System , <br /> Department of Behavioral Health and Recovery Services to support the Redwood City (" RWC") <br /> and North Fair Oaks ("NFO") Alcohol and Other Drug Prevention Partnership. Albert R. <br /> Gonzales Jr. , Learnistic, will work in collaboration with the AOD Abuse Prevention Partnership <br /> to build program capacity in creating and implementing positive youth development settings. <br /> Specific tasks will include: <br /> O Develop and implement 2-3 trainings on diversity, educational equity, and positive youth <br /> development for the Redwood City and North Fair Oaks youth service providers' and <br /> youth development practitioners' community. <br /> O Provide coaching for organizations to further refine their youth development and equity <br /> practices. <br /> O Work with Redwood City 2020 staff and other youth development community <br /> stakeholders to tailor trainings and coaching to current community context. <br /> Consultant will invoice Redwood City 2020 monthly, providing documentation of actions taken <br /> during the preceding month .
