Master Plan for the use of Reclaimed Water (1106-01) <br /> <br />Report: Community Development Director, August 8, 1991 <br />Community Development Director Pawloski presented the staff report. <br /> <br />Ralph Nobles, 3720 Country Club Drive, Redwood City, advised Council <br />reclaimed water was not safe to use in some areas, and asked who would <br />pay for this service, suggesting the average user who does not benefit <br />from reclaimed water would end up paying dearly for it. <br /> <br />Nita Spangler, 970 Edgewood Road, Redwood City addressed Council regarding <br />uses of reclaimed water. <br /> <br />Councilman Stangel, Board Member of the South Bayside System Authority <br />described treatment processes, safety, and current and future demand. <br />Council Members discussed water needs, costs and timing. <br /> <br />(1) M/S: Greenalch/Stangel to accept final report: Master Plan for the <br />Use of Reclaimed Water <br /> <br />Carried by unanimous voice vote. <br /> <br />MINUTE ORDER NO. 91-175 <br /> <br />(2) M/S: Greenalch/Stangel to proceed with "Concept Approval Phase leading <br />to adoption of a Model Wastewater Reclamation Ordinance by agencies in <br />the South Bayside System Authority service area <br /> <br />Carried by unanimous voice vote. <br /> <br />MINUTE ORDER NO. 91-176 <br /> <br />------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />C.
