EXHIBIT A Service League of San Mateo County FISCAL YEAR 2003/2004 Contractor shall use the funds provided hereunder for the advancement of programs which provide housing and human services assistance to very low and lower income residents of the City. Contractor shall coordinate its activities with similar programs conducted by the City or with other organizations which provide housing and supportive services to Redwood City residents, and which are consistent with the Consolidated Plan Objectives to be met during 2003/2004. Contractor shall collaborate with similar programs in order to maximize these programs and services, and the City's financial resources which are available to lower and very low income residents. Funding provided under this contract covers billing periods from July 2003 to April 2004. Requests for reimbursement must be submitted on a monthly basis. The final billing for April 2004 must be submitted no later than May 20,2004. Contractor agrees that any funds not drawn down by the deadline will be reallocated to non-public service activities.
