1 DUPLICATE ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION When Recorded, Mail to: MP Redwood Court Associates - 658 Bair Island Road - Suite 300 - Redwood City, CA 94063 - CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION The undersigned, as Executive Director of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City, hereby certifies as follows: ~s Resolution NO.~, adopted and approved , 20~, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City has resolved as follows: Section 1. The improvements [or that certain portion of the improvements described as f~~ ~"-~.~] required to be constructed in accordance with that certain Owner Participation Agreement (the "Agreement") dated~, 2003, by and between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of edwood City and MP Redwood Court Associates, a California limited partnership (the "Participating Owner") , on that certain real property more fully described In Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference have been completed in accordance with the provisions of said Agreement. Section 2. This Certificate of Completion shall constitute a conclusive determination of satisfaction of the agreements and covenants contained in the Agreement with respect to the obligations of the Participating Owner, and its successors and assigns, to construct the improvements and the dates for the beginning and completion thereof; provided, however, that the Agency may enter the Property for purposes of enforcing any covenant of the Agreement. Said Agreement is an official record of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City and a copy of said Agreement may be inspected in the office of the Secretary of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City during regular business hours.
