Box 391, City Hall, Redwood City, California; That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in and to the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed is the rehabilitation of a one million gallon drinking water reservoir, and upgrading the reservoir to current seismic standards. That the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed and to which this notice of completion pertains is described as follows: Lakeview Reservoir (APN 057-174-060), portion of Lot 6, Block 33, 2.45 acres, Oak Knoll Manor, located in the City of Redwood City.
