The bid of Arboricultural Specialties, Inc. dba The Professional Tree Care, <br /> setting forth hourly rates stated in said bidder's proposal dated July 12, 2001, for <br /> the 2001-2002 Comprehensive Street Tree Maintenance Project, is hereby <br /> accepted, said hourly rates are hereby expressly accepted for purposes of <br /> determining actual compensation under the agreement, subject to the maximum <br /> limitation of expenditures thereunder of Two Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand <br /> Four Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($294,450.00), and said bidder is hereby <br /> found and declared to be the lowest responsible bidder for said work. <br /> 2. That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement" by and between the City <br /> of Redwood City a municipal corporation of the State of California and <br /> Arboricultural Specialties, Inc. dba The Professional Tree Care, providing for the <br /> aforesaid services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the Office of the City <br /> Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof is <br /> hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized <br /> and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br /> and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> 3. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of Arboricultural <br /> Specialties, Inc. dba The Professional Tree Care, are hereby waived. <br /> 4.
