City will reimburse SBSA for such <br /> payments within ten(10)business days after receiving from SBSA an <br /> invoice and evidence of approval of payment to the Construction <br /> Contractor by SBSA. <br /> 7.3.3 Construction Management <br /> City will reimburse SBSA for the cost of construction management during <br /> the course of construction of the Recycled Water facilities. City will <br /> reimburse SBSA amounts due within ten(10)business days after <br /> receiving from SBSA, (a) an invoice and evidence of approval of payment <br /> to construction manager by SBSA, or(b) a record showing the names of <br /> SBSA personnel directly performing construction management services, <br /> the days and hours worked, the nature of the work(e.g., field inspection, <br /> shop drawing review), and the agreed-upon hourly rate.
