Notice shall be delivered <br /> If to City: City of Redwood City <br /> 1400 Broadway <br /> Redwood City, CA 94063-2505 <br /> Attention: Public Works Services Director <br /> If to SBSA: South Bayside System Authority <br /> 1400 Radio Road <br /> Redwood City, CA 94065 <br /> Attention: Manager <br /> 10.13 Counterparts <br /> This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts each of which shall <br /> be deemed an original and all of which taken together shall constitute one and the <br /> same instrument. <br /> 10.14 Legal Authority <br /> Each person executing this Agreement represents and warrants that he/she is <br /> authorized to execute and deliver this Agreement and that this Agreement has <br /> been approved by that Party's governing board. <br /> 10.15 Approvals by City/SBSA <br /> With the exception of the consents and approval of the contract award described — <br /> in Section 4.13, which may be given only by City's Council, City's Manager is <br /> authorized to issue or withhold such consents and approvals and otherwise to take <br /> all actions required or provided in this Agreement on behalf of City. City's <br /> Manager may further delegate this authority with respect to some or all of such <br /> decisions to a subordinate City employee. Any such delegation shall be in <br /> writing,with a copy thereof provided to SBSA.
