<br /> ATTACHMENT TEN <br /> DEFINITIONS <br />1. Acre Foot: Volumetric unit of measure equal to 325,900 gallons. <br />2. Agreement: This Agreement. <br />3. City: The City of Redwood City. <br />4. Construction Contract Documents: The set of documents (typically including general <br /> conditions, special provisions, instructions to bidders, plans, specifications, proposal <br /> forms, etc.) that will constitute the contract between SBSA and the Construction <br /> Contractor for construction ofthe Recycled Water Facilities. <br />5. Construction Contract Price: The amount due the Construction Contractor under the <br /> Construction Contract Documents. <br />6. Construction Contractor: The licensed general contractor to which SBSA awards the <br /> contract for construction of the Recycled Water Facilities. <br />7. DOHS: California Department of Health Services. <br />8. Effective Date: The date on which the Agreement has been executed by both the City <br /> and SBSA. <br />9. Engineering Report: The report required by Title 22 California Code of Regulations <br /> Section 60323 to be filed with the California Department of Health Services and the <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board prior to production or distribution of Recycled <br /> Water. <br />10. GPM: Gallons per minute. <br />II. Influent: Raw wastewater that enters the Treatment Plant. <br /> - <br />12. Managers: Collectively the SBSA Manager and the City Manager. <br />13. Net Assets: The difference between assets and liabilities in the SBSA financial <br /> statement is listed as total net assets. The total net assets are distributed among the <br /> members according to Section 7.1 and Exhibit A of the SBSA Joint Exercise of Powers <br /> Agreement. <br />14. Net Influent: Influent to the Treatment Plant in GPM less 1,400 GPM. <br />15. Parties: City and SBSA. <br />16. Point of Delivery: The location at which SBSA will deliver Recycled Water to the City. <br /> Specifically a weir located between the chlorine contact chambers and the storage tank, <br /> as shown on Attachment One, Figures I and 2.
