O. Box 391 , City Hall , Redwood City, California; That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in fee and to the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is two rooftop HVAC units were replaced, and a third rooftop HVAC unit to supply dedicated heating and ventilation to three classrooms were installed. Electrical work, ductwork, seismic supports, control panel, and zone dampers were installed to improve system control and efficiency and other associated work.
