Manufactured Stormwater Treatment Measure Maintenance Plan for <br /> Stanford Health Care Redwood City Clinic <br /> October,2016 <br /> Manufactured Stormwater Treatment Measures are PROPRIETARY treatment devices that tend to be <br /> installed below ground and operate using some type of proprietary filter media, hydrodynamic separation, or <br /> sedimentation and screening. Common examples of manufactured treatment measures include manufactured <br /> media filters,inlet filters or drain inserts,oil/water separators and hydrodynamic separators. In August 2004, <br /> the Regional Water Board's Executive Office,wrote a letter stating that a project relying on inlet filters or <br /> oil/water separators as the sole treatment measure would be unlikely to meet the maximum extent practicable <br /> standard of the National Polutant Discharge Elimination System Permit.
