Policy with a minimum limit of not less than $250 , 000 per occurrence, <br /> providing at least the following minimum coverages: <br /> a . Collision or overturn <br /> b . Comprehensive <br /> B. Endorsements <br /> The following endorsements are required to be made a part of each of the <br /> above-required policies, except for the Comprehensive Crime Policy. <br /> 1 . The City of Redwood City, its employees, officers, agents and contractors <br /> are hereby added as additional insureds as applies to any and all operations <br /> performed by or on behalf of Contractor and for the City, but only to the <br /> extent that same are indemnified pursuant to Section 21 hereof. <br /> 2 . For any claims related to the Services and this Agreement, the Consultant's <br /> insurance coverage will be primary insurance with respect to City, its <br /> officers, agents, volunteers and employees . Any insurance of self-insurance <br /> maintained by City for itself, its officers, agents, volunteers and employees , <br /> will be in excess of Consultant's insurance and not contribute with it to the <br /> extent applicable . <br /> 3 . Thirty (30) days prior written notice of cancellation shall be given to the City <br /> in the event of any cancellation and/or reduction in coverage. <br /> C. Severability of Interest <br /> The terms of the general liability and automobile liability policies shall apply <br /> separately to each insured , as though a separate policy had been issued to each . <br /> D. Proof of Coverage <br /> Copies of all the required endorsements shall be attached to a Certificate of <br /> Insurance that shall be provided by Contractor's insurance company as evidence <br /> of the required Coverages. <br /> SECTION 23. MISCELLANEOUS <br /> A. Integrated : Modification <br /> This Agreement embodies the entire agreement of the parties and cannot be <br /> amended or modified except by a written agreement signed by both parties . <br /> B .
