6.1.F. - Page 15 <br />Exhibit B <br />In consideration of the services provided by Contractor described in Exhibit A and subject to the terms of <br />the Agreement, County shall pay Contractor based on the following fee schedule and terms: <br />Payment will be made within 30 days of receipt in San Mateo County accounting services for the Office of <br />Sustainability of a written itemized invoice identifying the Task, specific work completed, and breakdown <br />of charges. The Contractor will submit invoices on monthly basis.
