6.1.1-1. - Page 24 <br />review period. Artist shall have thirty days to address and correct any non- conformity. If, after <br />resubmission, the Artwork still does not conform, the City retains the right to immediately <br />terminate the agreement and, if prior to delivery of the Artwork, withhold payment. <br />25. SUBLETTING OR ASSIGNMENT OF ARTWORK. The Artist will not sublet or assign <br />any of his obligations under this contract that require his artistic talents. Artist may sublet or <br />assign obligations that do not require his artistic talents, including, but not limited to, such <br />obligations as transport of the Artwork and installation. <br />26.
