PUBLIC COMMENT <br />The following members of the public spoke during Public Comment: <br />• Aram James <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR AGENDA PAGE NUMBER 10 <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one <br />motion and one vote. <br />CITY COUNCIL: Waive reading of the consent calendar and the full text of ordinances <br />and resolutions, and approve the Consent Calendar items. <br />Council Member Gee requested to pull items 6.1.F and 6.1.G from the Consent <br />Calendar for further discussion. <br />Council Member Masur announced she would abstain from voting on Item 6.1.1 <br />"Approval of Draft Meeting Minutes for the City Council Regular Meeting on November 7, <br />2016 and the Closed Session Meeting held on November 9, 2016" due to her absence <br />at the November 7, 2016 Regular Meeting. <br />M/S Aguirre/Borgens to approve item 6.1.1 on the Consent Calendar. Motion carried <br />by electronic vote 6-0-1 with Council Member Masur abstained. <br />M/S Aguirre/Masur to approve all items on the Consent Calendar, with the exception of <br />items 6.1.F and 6.1.G. Motion carried unanimously by electronic vote. <br />Council Member Gee asked if items 6.11 and 6.1.G could be moved to a future meeting <br />date to staff to reach out to the Redwood Shores Group and the Public Art Task Force. <br />The items were moved to a future meeting date. <br />1. Section - Motion(s) <br />A. Proposed implementation plan for use of police body -worn camera <br />systems as required by the May 24, 2016 Grand Jury report entitled <br />"Body Cameras - The Reel Truth."
