6.2.A. - Page 19 <br />degrees 33' 22" an arc distance of 26.37 feet to a line parallel with and distant westerly, 15.01 feet <br />measured at right angles from said westerly line of Charter Street; thence along said parallel line south 9 <br />degrees 54' 48" west 109.37 feet; thence south 8 degrees 05' 12" east 15.01 feet to the point of <br />commencement. <br />Parcel Three: <br />Portion of swot 3, in Block 1, as shown on that certain map entitled "Redwood Industrial Tract No. 1 <br />Subdivision of Portion of Lot 1 Map of Subdivision of Sweeney Ranch Book'C' of Maps, page 35, Redwood <br />City California", filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California, on <br />August 15, 1947 in Book 27 of Maps at pages 39 and 40, more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNIG at a point on the northwesterly line of Charter Street, distant thereon south 8 degrees 47' 13" <br />west 169.63 feet from the southerly terminus of that certain 20 feet radius curve, having a central angle of <br />90 degrees, and an arc distance of 31.42 feet and which curve connects the southerly line of Bayshore <br />Highway with the said northwesterly line of Charter Street all as shown on the map above mentioned; <br />thence from said point of beginning leaving said northwesterly line of Charter Street north 81 degrees 12' <br />47" west 201.00 feet; thence south 8 degrees 47' 13" west 100.46 feet to the northerly line of a 20 foot <br />easement for Drill Tract, as shown on said map, said northerly line also being the southerly line of the <br />lands described in the Deed from Peninsula Title Guaranty Company, a Corporation, to Milland <br />Development Company, a Corporation, dated January 16, 1948 and recorded January 20, 1948 in Book <br />1452 of Official Records of San Mateo County at page 17 (10241-H); thence easterly along said southerly <br />line of the last mentioned lands, on an arc of a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 487.68 feet <br />to the said northwesterly line of Charter Street; thence along said northwesterly line, north 28 degrees 50' <br />30" east to the southerly terminus of that certain 100 foot radius curve forming a portion of said <br />northwesterly line of Charter Street; thence continuing along said northwesterly line of Charter Street, <br />northerly and along said 100 foot radius curve to the left, having a cetral angle of 20 degrees 03' 17", an <br />arc distance of 35.00 feet and north 8 degrees 47' 13' east 22.07 feet to the to the point of beginning. <br />APN: 054-023-080 <br />JPN: 054-0025-023.03, 054-002-023.04, 054-002-023.05 <br />Parcel Four: <br />A strip of land 20 feet in width lying equally 10 feet on each side of the following describe centerline: <br />Beginning at the most westerly corner of Lot 3 in Block 4, Redwood Industrial Tract No. 1; thence along the <br />northwesterly line of Lot 3, from a tangent that bears north 55 degrees 05' 13" east along a curve to the left <br />of radius 549.18 feet, an are distance of 54.95 feet; thence continuing along said line of Lot 3 and tangent <br />to said curve north 49 degrees 21' 13" east 489.04 feet to a point in the southwesterly line of Broadway, <br />thence north 49 degrees 21' 13" east 108.01 feet to the most westerly corner of Lot 4, Block 1, Redwood <br />Industrial Tract No. 1; thence north 49 degrees 21' 13" east, along the northerly boundary line of said Lot <br />4, Block 1, a distance of 8.93 feet; thence continuing along said northerly boundary line along a curve to <br />the right, tangent to last described course, having a radius of 477.68 feet, an arc distance of 404.16 feet to <br />a point in the northwesterly line of Charter Street. <br />Excepting that portion of the herein described property lying southerly of the southerly boundary line of <br />Block 1 as shown on that certain map of "Redwood Industrial Tract' filed in Book 27 of Maps at page 39. <br />APN: 054-023-090 <br />JPN: 054-002-025.03 <br />REV: 02-20-15 VR <br />Page 15 of2l <br />ATTYIAGR.2015.0341SunCap Redwood LLC (IA) <br />
