6.1.A. - Page 23 A copy of any Geotechnical Reports will be provided to the City. The geotechnical investigations are proposed to be completed on or prior to March 3, 2017. If conditions in the channels prevent meeting that deadline (for example, if there is enough water in the Creek to prevent the drilling rig from reaching the investigation site), a "contingency extension" period is identified to accommodate an additional 3 weeks to provide the investigations. In that case, the geotechnical parameters necessary for the design will be assumed and the investigations will be used to validate the assumptions. The Team will make assumptions that are conservative enough to prevent the need for revisions to the design. Task 3.3 — 50% and 75% Desian Submittal. The Wood Rodgers Team will develop a 50% and a 75% Design Submittal for the Project. 50% Design Submittal The 50% Design Submittal will draft sheet index, draft standard draft demolition and disposal p new concrete slab and wall, dre draft staging areas. nclude drawings showing a draft title sheet, a notes and details, a draft survey control plan, a an, draft construction details, draft sections of ft plan and profile drawing (as necessary), and The 50% Design submittal will include the Basis of Design Memorandum and Geotechnical reports. The 50% Design Submittal will be provided to the City for comments. 75% Design Submittal The 75% Design Submittal will include complete construction drawings consisting of a title sheet, a sheet index, standard notes and details, construction notes, a survey control plan, a demolition and disposal plan, minor utility relocations (if required), connection details, construction details, sections of new concrete slab and wall, site restoration work, bracing system, plan & profile drawings (as necessary), technical specifications, possible staging areas, and an estimate of construction costs. The 75% Design Submittal shall also include draft supporting calculations and analyses, and will document responses to the City's comments on the 50% Design Submittal. Wood Rodgers will prepare the documents and will present four (4) hard copy sets of both the fifty -percent (50%) and the seventy-five percent (75%) plans, specifications, and Engineer's Estimate to the City for review. Wood Rodgers will also provide an electronic copy of the drawings in AutoCAD (version 2015 or latest version) and in PDF format, specifications in Word, calculations, cost estimate, and probable construction schedule in Excel and PDF.
