6.3.A. - Page 131 <br />If appropriate, describe publically owned land or property located within the jurisdiction that <br />may be used to address the needs identified in the plan <br />The City's former Redevelopment Agency, now the Redwood City Successor Agency owns two sites <br />partially acquired with low mod set aside funds. These two currently sites are planned to <br />include affordable housing. One site named Bradford is located in downtown Redwood City and the <br />other is Heller Street and is close to downtown. The City Council approved the issuance of a Request for <br />Proposals for Bradford in 2015. This site will include multifamily affordable housing with potential for <br />mixed use.
