The existence of this impediment was suggested in the review of the fair <br />housing structure, in responses to the 2012 Fair Housing Survey, in comments made <br />during the Fair Housing Forums in regard to Redwood City, and in other stakeholder <br />feedback. <br />Action 3.1: Improve documentation of activities such as testing and enforcement <br />Measurable Objective 3.1.a: Increase number of activities documented compared to <br />numbers from previous years <br />Measurable Objective 3.1.b: Improvements in documentation compared to past <br />Impediment 4: Insufficient commitment to affirmatively furthering fair housing <br />choice. The existence of this impediment was suggested in responses to the 2012 <br />Fair Housing Survey and other stakeholder feedback.
