Housing Director <br />Church suggested wording to reflect 15% as a goal to allow for flexibility. <br /> <br />M/S: Greenalch/Buchan to accept the HHCC strategy in the final CHAS document <br />to read, "The City's goal is to achieve 15% of all new or rehabilitated <br />dwelling units developed within the Redevelopment Project Area by public or <br />private entities be affordable to low and very low income households on a <br />project by project basis. Create opportunities to negotiate for a higher <br />percentage by offering other incentives to the developer." <br /> <br />Motion carried by unanimous voice vote. <br /> <br />MINUTE ORDER NO. 91-242 <br /> <br />----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />9.
