The Applicant also contends that the assessed value of the Property should be adjusted to reflect damage to the Property. 10. Investigation by the appraisers for the District indicates that no "individual damage" was suffered by the Property, but that an action had been filed against the developer by homeowners of properties within the development which includes the Property for defects relating to sewer facilities, chimneys, roofs, drains and stairs. Thereafter, repairs to eliminate those defects were commenced in May, 1991, and are to be completed in the summer of 1992. 11. By reason of both the nature of the foregoing defects (which do not directly I affect the Property) and performance of repairs to eliminate the defects which, upon completion, will restore, if not enhance the values of the properties affected thereby said defects, if any, do not diminish the value of the Property. CONCLUSIONS: WHEREFORE, the Council of Redwood City, sitting as the board of Equalization for Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64, hereby concludes as follows: I.
