<br /> <br />5 | Page <br />Docktown Plan <br />OAK #4823-0464-7229 v3 <br />"OPC" means Overland, Pacific and Cutler, Inc. <br />"Owner" or "Ownership" means a party or parties with a valid Lease with the City who <br />can demonstrate, through adequate proof of ownership (such as registration and title) <br />that he or she is the verifiable legal owner of a Dwelling berthed at Docktown Marina. <br />"Primary Residence” means a location where a person or Household has living quarters <br />that they reside at as their place of residence more than 50% of the 2016 calendar year, <br />which can be demonstrated through proof of voter registration, tax returns, driver's <br />license, or other comparable document. <br />"Relocation Assistance Program" means the plans and services described in this <br />Docktown Plan. <br />"Senior" means any person who is 62 years of age or older as of December 31, 2016. <br />"Tenant" means an Owner having a written Lease with the City of Redwood City to live <br />aboard the Tenant’s Dwelling at a berth (or berths) at Docktown. <br />“Tenant with Subtenant” means an Owner that allows a Subtenant to reside on their <br />Dwelling through a valid Subtenant Agreement. <br />"Sub-tenant" means a person or household who holds a valid Subtenant Agreement. <br />"Subtenant Agreement" means a written agreement between a Tenant and Sub-tenant <br />for the Sub-tenant to utilize the Tenant's Dwelling as the Sub-tenant’s Primary Residence. <br />"Veteran" means any person who served honorably on active duty in the United States <br />Armed Forces as documented on a Department of Defense Form 214 (a/k/a DD-214). <br />
