All comments sent via email and received at the public meeting have been <br />documented on the Comment Resolution Matrix provided in Appendix 4. <br />Where necessary to provide more clarity on certain portions of the Docktown Plan, <br />revisions have been made to the Docktown Plan, which will be presented to the City <br />Council for their consideration at their meeting on December 12, 2016. The City Council <br />at its discretion may elect to approve the Docktown Plan as presented or provide direction <br />to make revisions to the Plan. The City Council is obligated to adopt a Docktown Plan <br />before December 31, 2016 <br />
