<br />33 | Page <br />Docktown Plan <br /> <br />OAK #4823-0464-7229 v3 <br />Payment of Relocation Benefits (Claims Process) <br />Claims and supporting documentation for relocation assistance payments must be filed <br />with OPC by a Tenant or Sub-tenant (a “Claimant”) within ninety (90) days from the date <br />they move from Docktown. <br />The procedure for the preparation and filing of claims and the processing and delivery of <br />payments will be set forth in the Notice of Eligibility. <br />SECTION 5: TIMELINE <br />This schedule is subject to change. All impacted Households will receive advance <br />notification of the progress of the activities required. All dates shown below are subject to <br />change. <br /> November 15-30, 2016: Public Comment Period of Draft Docktown Plan <br /> November 17, 2016: Meeting with Docktown Community Members to discuss <br />Draft Docktown Plan (7 p.m. in the Community Room of the Redwood City Main <br />Library, 1044 Middlefield Road) <br /> December 12, 2016: City Council Consideration and Approval of Final Docktown <br />Plan <br /> January 3 – March 1, 2017: Conduct Relocation Assistance Eligibility Interviews <br />and Provide Eligibility Notices <br /> March 1, 2017 – February 22, 2018: Conduct Relocations and Provide Benefits <br />Following Docktown Relocation Notice <br />
