October 24, 2016 EXHIBIT 2 <br />BRF EXHIBIT A <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />All that real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of <br />ENGINEERS California, being a portion of Spruce Street as shown on that certain map entitled "Record of <br />Survey No. 2383", recorded on March 4", 2013, in Volume 38 of Licensed Land Surveyor Maps <br />SURVEYORS at page 38, San Mateo County Records, and being more particularly described as follows: <br />PLANNERS <br />BEGINNING at the most southerly corner of Parcel Two as said parcel is described in the grant <br />deed recorded on April 13th, 2015 as Document Number 2015-036124, Official Records of San <br />Mateo County, said point lying on the northwesterly line of Spruce Street; <br />Thence along the southeasterly prolongation of the southerly line of said Parcel Two, South <br />60°08'53" East, 21.95 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of this description; <br />Thence continuing on along said southeasterly prolongation, South 60°08'53" East, 15.00 feet; <br />Thence leaving said line, North 29'57'13" East, 82.53 feet to the intersection with the right-of- <br />way line as shown on said Record of Survey and established by the relinquishment recorded <br />February 16, 1967, in Volume 5274 at Page 569, Official Records of San Mateo County and the <br />beginning of a non -tangent curve concave westerly whose radius point bears North 89°38'06" <br />West; <br />Thence along said right-of-way line along said non -tangent curve having a radius of 123.00 feet, <br />through a central angle of 12°01'29", for an are length of 25.81 feet; <br />Thence leaving said right-of-way line, South 29'57'13" West, 103.51 feet to the TRUE POINT <br />OF BEGINNING. <br />Containing an area of 1,407 square feet, more or less. <br />All bearings and distances shown on this exhibit are based upon the North American Datum of <br />1927 (NAD27), California Coordinate System, Zone 111. All distances shown hereon are grid <br />distances. To convert to ground distance, multiply expressed distances by 1.0000594. Areas <br />shown are calculated using grid distances. To convert to ground area, multiply the expressed area <br />by 1.0001188.
