ENGINEERS <br />SURVEYORS <br />PLANNERS <br />October 24, 2016 <br />000011311all <br />EXHIBIT A <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />All that real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of <br />California, being a portion of Buckeye Street, Hancock Street, and Spruce Street, as <br />shown on that certain map entitled "Record of Survey No. 2383", recorded on March 4`h, <br />2013, in Volume 38 of Licensed Land Surveyor Maps at page 38, San Mateo County <br />Records, and being more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the northwesterly terminus of a course labeled "S60°08'53"E 179.62' <br />TOTAL" as shown on said Record of Survey, said point being the TRUE POINT OF <br />BEGINNING of this description; <br />Thence along the right-of-way line as shown on said Record of Survey and established by <br />the relinquishment recorded February 16, 1967, in Volume 5274 at Page 569, Official <br />Records of San Mateo County, the following four courses: <br />1. South 60°08'53" East, 179.62 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve to the right; <br />2.
