12/12/2016 <br />WHEREAS, City held a public hearing on December 12, 2016 to hear evidence <br />offered by interested persons and to determine from all of the evidence submitted whether <br />the described portions of Hancock Street, Spruce Street, and Buckeye Street right-of-way <br />is unnecessary for present or prospective public use. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct, and are hereby <br />incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br />2. On December 12, 2016, the City Council held a public hearing and received <br />evidence offered by interested persons and finds that the described portions of Hancock <br />Street, Spruce Street, and Buckeye Street right-of-way is unnecessary for present or <br />prospective public purposes and therefore City shall vacate portions of Hancock Street, <br />Spruce Street, and Buckeye Street right-of-way, subject to the reservation of a Public <br />Service Easement, Access Easement, and Stormwater Easement as described and <br />shown on Exhibits 2, 3, and 4 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />3. The portions of Hancock Street, Spruce Street, and Buckeye Street right- <br />of-way to be vacated are more fully described in Exhibit 1 attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein. <br />4.
