NE October 21, 2016 <br />BRF Thence along said non -tangent curve having a radius of 78.00 feet, through a central <br />angle of 71'39'44", for an are length of 97.56 feet to the southwesterly line of Hancock <br />Street as shown on said Record of Survey; <br />ENGINEERS Thence along said southwesterly line, North 60°08'53" West, 119.66 feet to the <br />SURVEYORS intersection with the southeasterly line of Buckeye Street as shown on said Record of <br />PLANNERS Survey; <br />Thence along said southeasterly line, South 29'55'14" West, 83.96 feet to the <br />intersection with the easterly line of Main Street as shown on said Record of Survey; <br />Thence along said easterly line, North 24'39'11 " West, 73.63 feet to the TRUE POINT <br />OF BEGINNING. <br />Containing an area of 21,942 square feet, more or less. <br />All bearings and distances shown on this exhibit are based upon the North American <br />Datum of 1927 (NAD27), California Coordinate System, Zone III.
