APPROVALS. City, Agency, and Contractor each do covenant with each <br />other that the individual executing this Agreement by and on behalf of each party is the <br />person duly authorized to execute contracts for that party. <br /> 16. ATTORNEY'S FEES. If any action at law or in equity is necessary to <br />enforce or interpret the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to <br />reasonable attorney's fees, costs, and necessary disbursement in addition to any other <br />relief to which it may be entitled. <br /> 17. SEVERABILITY. If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of <br />competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions <br />shall nevertheless continue in full force and effect without impairment or invalidation. <br /> 18. PARAGRAPH HEADINGS.
