located at 530 Warren Street, the Mezesville Historic District, and the potential <br />historic resources located at 840 Brewster Avenue and 701 Arguello Street; and <br />WHEREAS, on November 17, 2016, the HRAC conducted a duly -noticed <br />public meeting in accordance with all applicable requirements of State Law, to <br />review the reports prepared by Richard Brandi and Page & Turnbull, along with <br />other associated project materials; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HISTORIC <br />RESOURCES ADVISORY COMMITTEE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The HRAC has reviewed the historians' reports and other <br />associated materials, and has determined that the project will not cause a <br />substantial adverse change in the significance of the historic resource at 530 <br />Warren Street, and that the historic resource will remain eligible for listing in the <br />California Register of Historic Places; the HRAC has also determined that the <br />project will not cause a substantial adverse change in the significance of the <br />Mezesville Historic District or the Potential Historic Resources located at 840 <br />Brewster Avenue and 701 Arguello Street, and that such district and resources <br />will remain eligible for listing in the California Register of Historic Places. <br />Section 2.
