Box 391, City Hall, Redwood City, California; That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in and to the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed is to construct and modify the existing culvert entrance concrete wall structure for local storm drainage collection and transmission systems, and for flood prevention purposes. That the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed and to which this notice of completion pertains is described as follows: In the public right-ot-way located at the upstream side ot Garrett Park for the Emerald Branch of the Jefferson Branch of Redwood Creek in Redwood City.
